1. Fill large pot with water and set on high to boil.
2. In a large skillet, sautee garlic and onion in the oil over medium-high heat.
3. Cook for 3-5 minutes until soft.
4. Add box of spaghetti to boiling water and cook to package instructions.
4. To the skillet, add ground beef and cook until no longer pink. Drain excess grease.
5. Stir in pasta sauce and reduce heat to low-medium.
6. Remove from heat and serve over spaghetti. Top with parmesan.
Serve spaghetti with garlic toast and a bagged salad.
